Our Rates
Here at Endowment Risk we operate on a no-win no-fee policy, meaning that if
your claim is unsuccessful for whatever reason, you won't owe us a penny.
Should we successfully make a claim on your behalf, we take a fee in the form of
commission. The amount of commission depends on the nature of service we provide you
with and is broken down very simply as follows:
| Service | Description | Our Fee |
| Endowment Claim | This service is for those who
purchased an endowment policy but feel that it was missold to them and wish to make a complaint/claim for
compensation. | 25% |
| Brush Off | This service is for if those who have already
attempted to make a claim but have been told they aren't eligible to compensation. | 25% |
| Offer Check | This service is for those that have
made a claim and been offered an amount of compensation but aren't sure whether it's the full amount to which they are entitled. | 50%* |
*Note that for our 'offer check' service, the fee is only due on
any additional amount we are able to secure for you. For example, you have received
an offer of £4,000. We establish that a portion of your claim has been ignored
or rejected and we ascertain this is worth an additional £3,000. If we
successfully achieve this extra sum on your behalf then you will receive a total of
£7,000 and our commission would be half of the additional £3000 i.e. £1,500.
